Is deep sleep addictive?
No. The ingredients in Tiefschlaf, when used as directed, do not lead to habituation. You can easily discontinue the capsules without experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
How quickly does deep sleep work?
Take the capsules about half an hour before your planned bedtime, ideally as a fixed evening routine.
Can I permanently enter deep sleep?
Deep Sleep is intended for short- to medium-term use. For long-term sleep deprivation, we recommend consulting a doctor to clarify the causes as well.
Is deep sleep therapy suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
No. Deep Sleep should not be taken during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.
Can I combine deep sleep with alcohol?
We do not recommend consumption in conjunction with alcohol - alcohol interferes with the sleep cycle and can impair the natural effect of the ingredients.
What happens if I wake up at night?
Deep Sleep supports falling asleep. If you wake up during the night, do not take another dose. Do not exceed the daily portion of 2 capsules.
