Recommended Use
Adults: let one chewable tablet slowly dissolve in the mouth or chew thoroughly once a day. At any time of day, with or without a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is best taken with a meal.

25 mg zinc corresponds to 250% of the NRV. For adults, EFSA has set a tolerable total intake of 25 mg zinc per day, including intake from food. Therefore do not take any other zinc-containing supplements and do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet.
What is zinc good for?
Among other things, zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and to normal cognitive function.
Can I take zinc permanently?
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet. Do not combine this product with other zinc supplements and, if in doubt about long-term use, talk to your doctor.
When is the best time to take zinc?
At any time of day, with or without a meal. If you have a sensitive stomach, it is best to take the tablet with a meal, as zinc on an empty stomach can upset the stomach in some people.
Is the product vegan and free from added sugar?
Yes, 100% vegan and with no added sugar. It is sweetened with mannitol, xylitol, isomalt, sucralose and steviol glycosides from stevia. Also free from gluten, lactose, gelatin, colorants and preservatives.
